My catalog is available for film, television, advertising, documentaries, podcasts, and other creative media. All licensing is handled directly to ensure the right fit for both the project and the music.

License Types Available:

​

Synchronization License (Sync)
For use in film, TV, commercials, video games, or online video content. Covers the right to pair the composition and recording with visual media.

​

Master Use License
Grants permission to use the original recording. Required alongside a sync license for most projects.

​

Performance License
Typically handled through PROs (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) for broadcast and public performance.

Mechanical License
For physical or digital reproduction (covers, samples, or distribution).

What I Need From You:

To provide an accurate quote and discuss terms, please include:

​

• Project description (film, ad, podcast, etc.)

• How the music will be used (background, featured, opening/closing credits)

• Distribution scope (theatrical, streaming platform, regional, worldwide)

• Duration of use (in perpetuity, limited term)

• Timeline (when you need the license finalized)

• Budget range (helps me tailor options to your project)

 

Rights & Ownership:

I retain full ownership of all master recordings and underlying compositions. Licensing grants you specific usage rights as outlined in our agreement, but does not transfer ownership or exclusive rights unless explicitly negotiated.

All licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise arranged. This means the music remains available for other projects while you have permission to use it within the agreed terms.

For exclusive rights or work-for-hire arrangements, please inquire directly.

AI & Technology Use:

​

My music is not available for use in artificial intelligence (AI) training, machine learning datasets, or AI-generated content creation. This includes but is not limited to training text-to-music models, voice synthesis, or any automated content generation systems.

 

Licensing is granted for human-created projects only. If your project involves AI in any capacity, please disclose this in your inquiry so we can discuss terms accordingly.
