Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (including music downloads, digital albums, and other downloadable content), NO REFUND is given once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download or streaming access has been granted.

For physical merchandise (such as CDs, vinyl, apparel, or other tangible goods), refunds or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for defective or damaged items.
